The word “therapy” can feel daunting to some of us, often we have our own stigma associated with mental health that needs to be unpacked and reclaimed. We all have baggage, stories, beliefs, and trauma that influence our lives day to day, these influences can go unnoticed but impact us just the same. Therapy allows us the space to dive deeper into self-awareness and grow our understanding of our relationship to ourselves and the world around us.

Psychotherapy, also knowns as “talk therapy” is used as a way of healing the mind, body and spirit through specific modalities and interventions that prioritize trust and connection between therapist and client.

MODALITIES
INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
IFS is an evidenced based therapeutic practice that begins to identify the different parts within our internal system and offers a non-pathologizing approach to healing. Our internal system is made up of protective parts that can work maladaptively. Through the IFS lens, you build a trusting relationship with yourself and your parts to find internal harmony.
INTEGRATED HOLISTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
As humans we are not one size fits all. In order to address our complex nature we require varying approaches to our overall wellness for mind, body, and soul. Integrated Holistic Psychotherapy involves both Eastern and Western philosophy in order to meet the needs of our systems and hold space for our deepest healing. Sessions may draw from the following; Traditional talk therapy, Reiki, Yoga, Breathing and Meditation practices, as well as guided exploration of your Intuition.
